Personal data is held by Tracy Reeve Counselling for the purposes of communicating with you and sharing information with you as is professionally necessary to provide a quality counselling service. This data is held electronically in a password-protected format and/or in paper form stored in a locked filing cabinet. Personal data will be held until such time as the therapy contract is ended.
You have the right to access this data at any time, as well as withdraw consent for Tracy Reeve to hold part or all of your personal data.
